Very good stay. Food was really nice. They had a private beach access which was cool. No shop or restaurant nearby. So, plan in advance if you are the kind of person looking to roam around and shop.

We stayed here overnight as part of our ride to Tharangambadi. We found this property through google search. Mr. Siva, who attended our call for the first time had made the whole experience exceptional right from inquiry till checkout. The property is quite differently themed with access to beach. The rooms were clean and good. Mr. Siva helped us through our checkin requests and ensured that we had a comfortable stay. The breakfast by the resort was very nice. We had quite a good time at Tharangambadi and a nice stay at Le Royal Resort.

The overall customer service at Le Royal Resort was excellent. The staff is attentive, welcoming, and dedicated to ensuring a comfortable stay for guests.Mr.Tamiz and Siva Both individuals went above and beyond to make the experience memorable. Their professionalism and hospitality are a credit to the resort

We stayed in this hotel around new year time. Very peaceful location.. close to the beach and major spots of Tarangambadi.. the rooms are spacious. The decor could be better. There is lot of common are also with village theme. Possibly good for kids.

The food they served was also very good. We ordered fried rice and noodles for dinner and they provided idly and poori for complementary breakfast..

Overall a decent option in tharangambadi for the weekend stay..

This is a basic three star accommodation right on the historical Danish settlement on the coast of southern coast of Tamil Nadu.

It's in a quaint little fishing village and it's located right next to the historical Danish Fort.

The rooms are basic with unattractive decore and barely usable amenities.

The breakfast was good and the service staff were friendly. The cleanliness of the rooms and the surroundings left a lot to be desired.

Absolutely loved this stay and it was very comfortable. Property was next to the beach and the Dansborg fort and was in a very quiet location with excellent views of the beach right behind - accessed by a private way.

Food was also very good and the resort had a lovely ambience. Gladly recommended.

We stayed there for two days, and the ambiance was truly pleasant. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The in-charge, Ravi, was very kind, and most of the resort staff were friendly and helpful.
Major attractions such as the harbour, Danish Fort, maritime museum, and the beach are all within walking distance from the property. The resort also offers private access to the beach, which was a great advantage.
The train coach–themed restaurant looks attractive, and the food was delicious. My son especially enjoyed the meals.
Overall, we are thankful to the team for providing us with a comfortable and memorable stay.

We had a wonderfully 3 days stay here. We received excellent service by the overall manager Ravi. Food wasn’t a bother for us at all as we had all 3 meals served at the hotel itself. All kinds of food including veg and non-veg were prepared really very delicious by Chef Ganesh. We thoroughly enjoyed all the meals. The service was excellent, we got everything we needed by the helper Naresh. It’s an amazing location with the beach only a 5 min walk away and the danish fort, bible museum, harbour and some temples all nearby. It’s a great location to enjoy a few days vacation.

We stayed for two days. Excellent location. Service by staff is very good. They have a train restaurant which kids enjoyed. Food quality is good. Kudos to the service team lead by Mr.Ravi. Nice stay altogether!

If you would like to experience life, away from the hustle bustle of city life then this resort is an ideal place to stay. It is very close to the New Jerusalem Church which was built in 1718 by the Royal Danish missionary Bartholomaeus Ziegenbalg in Tranquebar & the Ziegenbalg Museum.
The resort is very safe with friendly staff. You can enjoy the ocean breeze even without going to the beach.

I should mention Mr. Ravi who is very concerned & obliging .

The food was very tasty and they served it the way we wanted. I must say Mr. Ganesh the chef, deserves all the credit.

Mr. Naresh & Mr. Rahul were very friendly and responded immediately.
You must try this place. You will definitely enjoy your stay!

Very calm nice place to relieve the city stress. Complimentary breakfast is good work dosa, vada, Pongal , idli, poori & omelette. Chef Ganesh is great in giving us tasty breakfast & lunch & dinner is very tasty. We had nv so chicken 65 & chicken gravy was excellent. Overall courtesy extended by Mr Ravi is marvellous in asking our needs every time for lunch or for dinner. Will recommend to our friends & will come again to le royal 💥
